MultiStack Configurations

The Roboworks Multistack is a modular inbound palletizer. It consists of an infeed module, 1 or more palletizing module(s) and an outfeed module. It can be configured in diffferent ways to meet your specific needs.

Carton quality

The quality of products, barcodes and load carriers plays a critical role in the performance and efficiency of automation solutions. Poor-quality cartons and barcodes can lead to equipment standstills, inefficiencies and increased operational costs.

Automatic pallet wrappers

With automatic wrapping, the entire wrapping process is automated including pallet in- and outfeed. There are four main types: turntables, rotary arm wrappers, ring wrappers and stretch hood wrappers.

High Level Palletizers

A high-level palletizer (or Layer palletizer) is a high-speed automated palletizing machine that arranges products into complete layers and then places these layers onto a pallet.

Robot Palletizers

Robot palletizing cells are typically useful for high volume operations in a controlled environment. They offer high speed and robust palletizing, but are less resistant to deviating products.

Cobot palletizers

Collaborative robots, or cobots are designed with advanced sensors and algorithms to detect human presence and movement, reducing the risk of accidents. This allows them to work without traditional safety barriers.

Manual unloading

Manual unloading is a labour intensive process that requires workers to lift, carry, and place cartons by hand. It is a workable solution for low volume operations with limited cartons weight.

Robotic unloaders

Robotic trailer unloaders are cutting-edge solutions designed to autonomously unload trailers. They make use of advanced vision technology and robotics arms to move pick the cartons from the container and place them on a conveyor
