Automatic Unloaders

Apart from Robotic unloaders, there are other solution on the market that can autonomously unload containers. Mujin Robotics and Bastian Solutions use a swivelling conveyor belt with a vacuum gripper capable of pulling in the cartons. Other vendors use a deck of roller conveyors to handle an series of cartons. The deck is typically equipped with an array of suction cups to pull cartons in. This deck is often mounted on a mobile machine (Carton mover & MRRobotics) or on a robot arm (Technica) and therefore adjustable in height.
